Tuba virtuoso Harvey Phillips began Tuba Christmas to honor his teacher, the late William J. Bell who was born on Christmas Day in 1902. This unusual Christmas tradition is established in over 200 cities around the world. When: December 17, 2:30 pm. Where: TBD
