Don't Ignore It! Report It!

To All Employees,

In order for our great city to continue its success, we must work together to prevent unethical, illegal or unsafe behavior in the workplace. Such behavior has serious consequences, including financial losses, legal liability and reduced morale.

That's why the City has established an anonymous fraud hotline for our employees and our citizen. "Don't Ignore It! Report It" is the name of the program designed to give you the opportunity and encouragement to report inappropriate action to management.

While reporting to your supervisor is the most effective way to report unethical, illegal, or unsafe behavior, we know that this is sometimes difficult. So we've provided an 800 number through an independent company called The Network, so that you can speak up but remain anonymous. This service is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and allows you to do what's right without fear of retaliation.

You know right from wrong. The City wants your help in ensuring that we live and work in a safe and ethical environment. So "Don't Ignore It! Report Its!" It's your program.
