The City of Mobile's Department of Community and Housing Development (CHD) is scheduling a Lead-Based Paint Stabilization Pre-Bid Inspection for our Homeowner Rehabilitation Program.
The LEAD Pre-Bid Walk Through Inspection is scheduled for Tuesday, August 6, 2019 at 1:00 p.m. All bids are due back on Thursday, August 22, 2019 no later than 2:00 p.m. Bids will be opened at 2:15 p.m. on Thursday, August 22, 2019.
The Lead Report and Bid Package for property address 357 S Ann Street is available at our office. If interested in submitting a bid proposal, please pick up a Bid Package by close of business Wednesday, August 21, 2019 from our office located at:

• You MUST attend the Pre-Bid Walk Through Inspection in order to submit a bid for this project.
• Those wishing to bid on this project MUST have Lead Renovators Licensing. This certification must be submitted with your proposal.
