This project will be implemented by the City of Mobile pursuant to the Subaward Agreement for Grant Number GNSSP20AL0002-01-00 between the Alabama Department of Conservation and Natural Resources (ADCNR) and the City of Mobile. The project period per the Subaward Agreement currently commences on October 1, 2019 and ends on April 30, 2023. The major outcome of this project is the development of a preliminary conceptual design guidance manual that will serve as a supplement to the City of Mobile’s existing Flood Plain Management Plan, describing best management practices for development in and out of Special Flood Hazard Areas. Repetitive flood loss properties within the City will be assessed and described through the project, and completion of the assessment activities will result in generation of a comprehensive GIS map database.

All responses must be submitted in a sealed envelope with the bid number on the outside of the envelope with the bid opening date. Any response that arrives improperly marked or with no bid number and opening date on the outside of the delivery or express package and opened in error will be rejected and not considered. It is the responsibility of the bidder to insure that their bid response is delivered to and received in the at the location or address specifically directed in the specification by the date and time prescribed.
