A “Day in District 3” and “Parade of 3s” rescheduled

MOBILE, AL – A pair of events set to take place in District 3 on Saturday, December 11, have been rescheduled due to inclement weather.
A “Day in District 3” and the “Parade of 3s” have been rescheduled for the following weekend, December 18.
Now tabbed as a “Weekend in District 3,” the celebrations will kick off Saturday, December 18 with a community festival at the Gulfdale Drive entrance. This event is sponsored by Revitalize DIP and will take place from 10 a.m. - 1 p.m.
This year’s “Parade of the 3s” will be held on Sunday, December 19 at 2:30 p.m. The route will begin at B.C. Rain High School and proceed northward on Dauphin Island Parkway.
