Mobile City Council’s Administrative Services Committee to meet September 21st

The Mobile City Council’s Administrative Services Committee will meet immediately following the regular scheduled council meeting on Tuesday, September 21, 2021.

The Council will meet with members of the Mayor’s administration to discuss appointing a liaison who would work with councilmembers in the handling of calls and requests from their constituents. 

“The bulk of calls we receive are actually calls that should be handled by the Administration,” said Committee Chair Gina Gregory, District 7. “We need a contact in the Mayor’s office who can communicate with the council as well as the citizens of Mobile. Also, if constituents have additional questions, they can reach out to that individual.”

The meeting will take place in the City Council’s conference room which is located on the 9th floor of Government Plaza.
