Monday: District 7 Community Meeting

Council President Gina Gregory will hold a district meeting next Monday, June 12th at 6:00 PM at St. John United Methodist Church. The meeting will include updates on the Capital Improvement Program, widening of Zeigler Blvd., road resurfacing projects and will be joined by some members of the Police Citizen Community Relations Advisory Board.
Invited speakers include: Mayor Sandy Stimpson, our new Police Chief Lawrence Battiste, IV, City Engineer Nick Amberger and County Commissioner Connie Hudson.
“I hope all residents will come out to join us for this important meeting,” said Council President Gregory. “We will be discussing a lot of current issues in the City as well as recent and upcoming projects coming to the area.”
St. John’s United Methodist Church is located at 6215 Overlook Road.
