Mobile Fire-Rescue Department units were dispatched for a report of a residential fire at 11:59 a.m. Tuesday morning, July 2, 2024, in the 7600 block of Country Squire Drive in Mobile, Alabama, after dispatchers received multiple calls.
As units approached, smoke was visible before arrival, prompting a full response. Engine 6 arrived on scene to find smoke and flames visible from a single-story brick residence. They quickly established a water supply and began firefighting efforts. As other crews arrived, personnel assisted with extinguishing the fire and searched for any victims inside. None were found.
No injuries were reported. The fire is under investigation at this time.
