Municipal Court Attorney Portal

The Tyler Incode Attorney Portal is an online database that will allow in-depth access to cases in which the attorney is retained or appointed. This program will allow an attorney to access information regarding documents in the file, court settings, prosecutor assignment, courtroom assignment, and will allow for attorneys to file documents electronically into the Court.  The electronic filing will not be considered perfected service on any parties attached to the case. The IT team and Court Administration is working diligently with Tyler personnel to update the portal to allow for party service as an option. Once this feature is available, all subscribers will be notified. 

A subscription to the portal will be $250.00 a year. Once an attorney subscribes for the year, the subscription cannot be canceled for a full or partial refund. The year will begin the month of the received payment. All documents to subscribe are provided. All payments are to be made out to the Municipal Court of Mobile via check. Payments as well as the documents for subscription can be dropped off at the payment window in the atrium, or delivered to the clerk’s office on the 2nd floor.
