Notice of Public Hearing / Mobile Planning Commission

NOTICE is hereby given that the Mobile City Planning Commission will hold a public hearing and take public comment on whether the Commission should recommend to the Mobile City Council that the Zoning Ordinance, Chapter 64 of the Mobile City Code, be amended by deleting therefrom section 64-4.H, Tree Protection Requirements, and whether the Commission should also recommend that the City Council create a new City Code Chapter for Tree Protection and Management.

 

The meeting will take place at 2:00 p.m. on January 7, 2021.  The meeting will be conducted virtually as allowed by Emergency Proclamations issued by the Governor of the State of Alabama.  All interested parties that wish to address the Commission must register with the Planning staff by noon on Monday, January 4, 2021, via planning@cityofmobile.org.
