Self-Defense Class
Join The City of Mobile's Parks and Recreation Department for a FREE self-defense class! This self-defense course provides psychological awareness and verbal skills, not just physical training. This class focuses on self-defense maneuvers that are valuable and confidence-building. Learning techniques and practicing in a safe environment will give you the confidence you need. This class will be physical, so come dressed to move.
