The City of Mobile will be taking a concept that was developed through thoughtful collaboration with the community and create a tangible plan to lead the construction team. Within these documents, the City will define the materials, dimensions, construction methods, and project specifications. Although the Beauregard phase will serve as a make shift template for the later phases, each phase will be unique and designed specifically for the area and its needs. It is crucial to ensure a detailed and feasible plan in order to fulfil deadline and budget commitments set forth in the grant application and grant agreement.
