Facility & Event Permits
All mobile food trucks/vendors are required by City of Mobile Ordinance 57-008 to obtain a Food Truck Park Permit if operating at a City of Mobile park
If you are interested in obtaining a Food Truck Park Permit, contact the Rentals & Permits Office.
Applicants are required to provide the following documentation: City of Mobile Business License, Mobile County Health Department Food Permit, Mobile Fire Department Fire Inspection Sticker (if applicable), and a Certificate of Liability Insurance naming City of Mobile (P O Box 1827, Mobile AL 36633-1827) as certificate holder.

Return your completed request form to our office by email to mprdpermits@cityofmobile.org. You may also return it via mail or in-person to the Rentals & Permit Office at 48 N. Sage Avenue, Mobile, AL 36607.
Upon receipt, our Rentals Coordinators will assist you in completing the reservation approval process.

NOTE: Review the Athletic Field Usage Information Packet closely before applying for a permit. All applications must include a choice of three parks as well as all required documentation requested in the application to be processed by our office.
(over 100 people and/or requiring other City Departments) require a permit through City Event Services.
