Commercial Building Fire on Airport Boulevard

3:59 p.m. — Mobile Fire-Rescue Department units were dispatched at approximately 3:03 p.m. for a report of a commercial building fire in the 3700 block of Airport Boulevard in Mobile, Alabama, Tuesday, November 19, 2024.

As units arrived on scene they reported smoke visible from the roof of Mediterranean Sandwich Company. Upon investigation, they found a cooking fire in an oven that they extinguished.

Personnel used fans to clear smoke from the building. There were no reports of any injuries.
