Mobile Fire-Rescue Department firefighters were dispatched at about 8:06 p.m. for a report of a residential fire on Fourth Avenue in Mobile, Alabama, Sunday night, January 19, 2025.
Units arrived on scene to find flames visible from the front and sides of a single-story wood frame residence in the 200 block of Fourth Avenue.
Firefighters extinguished the flames and completed primary and secondary searches for any victims inside. None were found. The on-duty investigator collected information from the scene and crews extinguished all hotspots before returning to service. There were no reports of any injuries.
