Hillview Drive Residential Fire

At approximately 1:11 PM, MFRD companies were dispatched to the 4000 block of Hillview Drive for reports of a home on fire in the area. Upon arrival on scene, fire personnel discovered a single story residence with heavy smoke and flames present. 

No occupants were inside the structure at the time of fire department arrival. This is a developing incident, as firefighters continue to mitigate the incident.

The fire is under control. Firefighters remain on scene performing overhaul operations. 

A preliminary investigation to determine the cause of the fire is underway.
