Mobile Fire-Rescue Department dispatchers at 911 received multiple calls for a motor vehicle collision on the Cochrane Causeway in Mobile, Alabama, and dispatched several MFRD units at 7:26 a.m. for extrication, treatment, and transport.

As of 8:11 a.m., MFRD personnel are still working on the scene. Motorists are urged to seek an alternate route if possible.
