Steve Huffman Public Information Officer (251) 208-2857/Fax: (251) 208-2861 E-Mail: huffman@cityofmobile.org HOUSE FIRE ON NALL STREET Mobile fire investigators are currently on the scene working to determine the cause of an early morning house fire located on Nall Street. The call was received at approximately 3:24 a.m. this morning, October 4. When firefighters arrived on the scene they encountered heavy smoke and flames coming from the single story, vacant structure. Firefighters were able to contain the fire quickly and prevent spread to any other structures. No injuries were reported in the incident. More details will be released as they become available. Engines 12, 14, 15; truck 10; rescue 14 and District Chief Dexter Pettaway responded to the incident. Mobile Fire-Rescue’s Bureau of Fire Prevention is conducting the investigation. ###
