Steve Huffman Public Information Officer (251) 208-2857/Fax: (251) 208-2861 E-Mail: huffman@cityofmobile.org NINE MONTH JOINT FIRE INVESTIGATION RESULTS IN ARREST A nine month joint fire investigation involving investigators with the Mobile Fire-Rescue Department’s Bureau of Fire Prevention and the Federal Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco and Firearms (ATF) has resulted in the arrest of Judson Tuggle, 31, on six Federal Indictments for Arson. Tuggle made his initial appearance in Federal Court on Monday, July 18. The investigation involves fires that were set in local night clubs. The investigation still continues and anyone with further information about fires that were set in night clubs, particularly in the bathroom and may have gone unreported are asked to call the Mobile Fire-Rescue Department’s Bureau of Fire Prevention Arson Hotline at 251-208-MFRD. ###
