Overnight Residential Fire
on Belsaw Avenue
Mobile, AL – Mobile Fire-Rescue Department units responded to the 600 block of Belsaw Avenue at approximately 03:14 hours. Callers reported heavy flames and smoke visible from a home in the area. Upon arrival on scene, fire companies confirmed an unoccupied, residential structure “fully-involved.”
Crews worked diligently for approximately 2 hours to successfully extinguish flames. No civilians or fire personnel were injured during the incident. Fire Investigators have confirmed the structure as a total loss. The cause of the fire is currently undetermined, as an investigation is ongoing.
