REWARD BEING OFFERED IN OAKLEIGH AREA FIRES
Fire Investigators with the Mobile Fire-Rescue Department’s Bureau of Fire Prevention are still hard at work trying to determine who is responsible for at least 29 fires since 2009 in the South Oakleigh and Texas Hill area.
A $500 reward is being offered by the Mobile Historic Development Commission and Oakleigh Garden District Neighborhood Association for information leading to the arrest and conviction of person or persons responsible for setting these fires. Investigators will not release the identity of anyone providing information.
Anyone with helpful information is asked to please contact the Bureau of Fire Prevention on the Arson Tip Line at 251-208-MFRD (6373) or ask for a fire investigator at 251-208-7484. Also on Twitter @arsontip.
