Crews will be on scene doing salvage and overhaul until all hotspots are extinguished. An investigator is on scene. There are no reports of any injuries.
8:36 p.m.— Mobile Fire-Rescue Department units were dispatched at about 8:20 p.m. for a report of a residential fire in the 2000 block of Victory Court in Mobile, Alabama, Monday evening, December 16, 2024.
Units arrived on scene to find smoke and flames visible from a single-story residence. They are currently in the process of extinguishing the fire.
A primary search for anyone inside was all clear.
