Jennifer Greene

Jennifer Greene serves as the Director of Programs and Project Management for the City of Mobile. As Director, her primary role is to direct the execution of $150M+ of transformative projects, which include complete streets projects, environmental restoration, and greenway and parks projects. Her department also manages the City of Mobile’s capital improvement program. Her 23-year background includes academic research, non-profit leadership and municipal government, with specialties in complex project management and community engagement. She has a B.S. in Environmental Science and M.S. in Marine Science from the University of New Hampshire.
