Join Us November 7 to Help Feed Your Community We're excited to announce Art Soup 2024 will be held at the National Maritime Museum of the Gulf of Mexico in Downtown Mobile on November 7, 2023, 6:30-9pm. Enjoy live music, soups, desserts, and beverages from local restaurants, and of course, beautiful handmade bowls from area artists! Pre Buying online tickets gives attendees 2 ticket options that include early access to choose their exquisite, handcrafted bowl. Tickets can be purchased at the door on Nov 7th for $50 per person. All proceeds for Art Soup 2024 will go to help The Love All Food Pantry at Central feed local community members. Our goal for 2024: Sell 500 tickets—an increase of 100 from last year. This will generate $30,000, enabling the Pantry to supply nutritious foods for more than 4 months, totaling over 340,000 pounds. Over 16,000 school age children (or 1 in 4 children) in Mobile County live below the poverty level. 15% of the total population faces food insecurity. At Love All Pantry, each family receives 40 lbs. of healthy food, from fresh fruits and vegetables to meats, whole grains and breads, and a few treats. Ten pounds of food is purchased for every dollar donated to the Love All Pantry.
