Start/End Time: 6:00 PM, 7:00 PM Dr. Esther Katz, Director of the Margaret Sanger Papers Project at New York University, will discuss Margaret Sanger's opening of the first birth control clinic in the U.S. one hundred years ago, in Brownsville, New York. Co-presented by the Mobile Medical Museum and the University of South Alabama Archaeology Museum, the talk is sponsored by the Department of History, the Department of English, and the Gender Studies Program at the University of South Alabama. Attendance is free.
