Duties: Responsible for the Management of five major departments which provide services to the public or handle City internal activities. Those Departments are Public Works, Parks & Recreation, Traffic Engineering, Public Buildings and City Engineering. Public Services employees' provide services in the areas of garbage and trash collection, roadway buildings and maintenance of all City facilities and traffic management.
