Inventory Control provides repair parts, tires, batteries, etc., to the Equipment Services Department maintenance shops in the most effective manner. It utilizes efficient inventory methods to ensure adequate stock levels and distribution of repair parts while providing the proper controls necessary to prevent inventory losses due to misappropriation or obsolescence.
