The City of Mobile is seeking plan proposals from organizations, entities, or individuals with quantitative research expertise working with an internal team to report localized insights about wealth retention by demographics. Specifically, to better understand how financial characteristics may connect to disparities in wealth retention as defined in the traditional sense of home ownership, financial security, and other wealth-building, etc. The city is particularly interested in learning about the obstacles and benefits that individuals and communities have faced, are facing, and may encounter more of in the future with an emphasis on minority community impacts.

It is the responsibility of the bidder to insure that their bid response is delivered to and received in the at the location or address specifically directed in the specification by the date and time prescribed.
