MOBILE, AL – Mobile City Council will hold a Finance Committee meeting on Tuesday, December 12, 2023, at 1:00 p.m., at 205 Government Plaza, Mobile City Council conference room on the 9th floor of the South Tower.
The purpose of the meeting is to discuss an amendment to Chapter 14, “Contracts” of the Mobile City Code, which would change the need for Council approval of goods or services bids less than $30,000, and to Chapter 34, “Schedule of Licenses and Provisions in Chapter 30, Related to the Sale of Alcoholic Beverages.” The meeting is open to the public. No public comments will be taken.
