The Medical Clinic Board of the City of Mobile - Spring Hill, and Alabama public corporation (the "Board), will hold a public meeting on May 21, 2024, at 10:30 a.m. Central Daylight Time, in the third floor board room located at 1000 A Cody Road, Mobile, Alabama 36695 for the purpose of (i) considering adoption of a resolution authorizing the issuance of its Taxable Revenue Bonds, Series 2024-A (Springhill Medical Complex, LLC) in the aggregate principal amount of up to $3,000,000 and (ii) conducting such other business as may property come before the board of directors of the Board.
Members of the public are invited to attend the meeting of the Board.
