MOBILE, Ala. - The Mobile City Council Committee of the Whole meeting scheduled for September 28, 2021, has been converted to a Special Called Meeting of the Council.
The Council will meet on Tuesday, September 28, 2021, at 2 p.m. to discuss the proposed Unified Development Code and Ordinance 64-026 to Amend and Restate “Chapter 64-Zoning” of the Mobile City Code, 1991.
The UDC sets rules, standards, and procedures to guide new development or redevelopment in the City.
The special meeting will take place in the Government Plaza Auditorium, 205 Government Street, Mobile, AL 36644. No public comment will be taken at this meeting.
