S. Thigpen Drive set to close temporarily beginning Tuesday, October 14

Mobile, Ala. — The City of Mobile will temporarily close S. Thigpen Drive between Demetropolis Road and E. Thigpen Drive beginning Tuesday, October 14, as part of an ongoing traffic study.

The closure will be in effect for approximately two weeks and will end on Tuesday, October 28. Drivers will still be able to access Cottage Hill Baptist Church and Cottage Hill Christian Academy.

Throughout the closure, feedback and concerns can be submitted to the City of Mobile via email at trafficengineering@cityofmobile.org or via the Mobile 311 System. A map showing the location of the temporary closure is available below and attached to this email.
