Upham St. Closure

 

Mobile, AL –Thursday morning, February 1st beginning at 8:30 AM, Upham St. between Spring Hill Ave. and Old Shell Rd. will be closed for one day for water line improvements. The assigned eastbound detour route will be Spring Hill Ave. to Mobile Infirmary Blvd to Old Shell Rd. The westbound detour route will be Spring Hill Ave. to Florida St. to Old Shell Rd.
