District 5Beau Fleming

Beau Fleming, DPT, is a small business owner and lifelong resident of District Five. As a physical therapist, he operates his clinic, Fleming Physical Therapy, located within his district. Beau graduated from St. Paul's Episcopal School and earned his Bachelor of Science in General Health Studies from the University of Alabama. While at the University of Alabama, he served as a Student Athletic Trainer for the football team and women's track team. Furthering his education, he received his Doctorate in Physical Therapy from the University of St. Augustine for Health Sciences, in St. Augustine Florida, before returning home to join his family's business. 

Throughout his career in Mobile, Beau has served in various capacities throughout the community. He is a Past President of the Mobile LIONS Club, an active member of the Mobile Chamber of Commerce, and has served as Treasurer for the Classical Ballet of Mobile. He is currently serving on the HES Leadership Board at the University of Alabama, and previously was a charter member of the Young Advisory Group for the Providence Foundation. Beau also dedicates and volunteers his time to coaching youth sports, like Municipal Park Baseball, YDL football, and Upward basketball, along with supporting local schools through programs like Reading Buddies and Principal for a Day.

Beau is committed to keep Mobile moving forward. He is committed to prioritizing  public safety, fostering a pro-business city, and working to provide the best quality of life for all citizens. 

Beau, a native Mobilian, enjoys spending time with his wife Elizabeth, and their four children, Buddy (18), Betts (16), Watson (10) and Lyle (2).
