Press Alert: Senior Health Expo tomorrow at James Seals Community Center
Mobile, Ala. — The Mobile Parks and Recreation Department (MPRD) will host a Senior Health Matters Wellness Expo on Thursday, Nov. 16, at the James Seals Community Center.
The expo, which will take place from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m., will feature unique vendors, giveaways, and a senior fitness demonstration from expert Dashaun Johnson. Johnson, who has led similar senior health expos in other cities, has joined MPRD as a programmatic partner and will be conducting monthly fitness classes for seniors here in Mobile. This is one of several MPRD initiatives serving local seniors.
Local media are invited to cover the Senior Health Matters Wellness Expo tomorrow from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. to learn more about MPRD’s programs for seniors from organizers, partners and participants.
