Section of Telegraph Road closing for two months beginning July 25

Mobile, Ala. — Beginning Friday, July 25, at approximately noon, a section of Telegraph Road just north of Beauregard Street will close to accommodate work being performed by Alabama Power.

The closure is projected to last until early October. The Interstate 165 entrance ramp will be open to traffic but access to Conception Street Road will be completely restricted. Please note: All traffic travelling northbound in this area of Telegraph Road will be routed onto I-165.

There will also be a signed detoured around the Orange Grove Homes and Renaissance housing developments. The detour will follow Beauregard Street, Lawrence Street, Morgan Street, Jackson Street, Marion Street, and end on Conception Street Road.
