Notice is hereby given that the City of Mobile will receive sealed quotes for the above stated project on August 27, 2025, no later than 3:00 PM. The quotes are to be emailed to emma.dean@cityofmobile.org. We will stop accepting quotes at 3:00pm. Additional instructions are detailed in the Request for Quotes.
A Mandatory pre-quote meeting shall be held on August 20, 2025, at 9:00 a.m. at the site. Meet at front entrance. This project is Tax Exempt.
Quote Documents will be on file August 13, 2025 and may be examined and obtained from the following location:

Any response that arrives improperly marked or with no bid number and opening date on the outside of the delivery or express package and opened in error will be rejected and not considered. It is the responsibility of the bidder to insure that their bid response is delivered to and received in the at the location or address specifically directed in the specification by the date and time prescribed.
