City of Mobile will not collect garbage or roadside trash on Thanksgiving Day

Mobile, Ala. — In observance of Thanksgiving, the City of Mobile will not run its garbage and roadside trash routes on Thursday, Nov. 27. The city’s three recycling centers will also be closed.

Normal garbage and trash routes will resume on Friday, Nov. 28, but recycling centers will remain closed. There will be a makeup day for Thursday’s garbage and trash routes on Saturday, Nov. 29.
