Tickets issued by a Mobile city policeman will be processed and paid on the second floor of the north tower at Government Plaza. Tickets issued by a deputy sheriff, state trooper, campus police, or any other county or state law enforcement will be processed on the fourth floor of the north tower at Government Plaza. Court appearance and payment will be processed on the third floor of the north tower at Government Plaza.
Payments for City of Mobile tickets that are not "court appearance mandatory", can be mailed or paid at the teller window on the second floor of the north tower. Payment can also be made through this web site or by telephone. Tickets that are "court appearance mandatory" will have a court date indicated at the bottom of the citation.
There is meter parking by the Government Plaza building, a parking lot on Church Street behind the building, nearby street parking, or you can park at the Civic Center parking lot. Rates vary. Do not park at the Holiday Inn! You will get a fifty dollar parking ticket.
We also have a satellite office which takes payments at the Mobile Police Department's 3rd Precinct - 2165 St. Stephens Road, Mobile.

There will be a processing fee of 3% added to each ticket.
Minimum of $5.00 and Maximum of $15.00.
As of October 1, 2009 the City of Mobile no longer accepts personal or business checks.
