The City of Mobile is seeking proposals from food concessionaires to manage and operate the Connie Hudson Mobile Regional Senior Community Center (“CHMRSCC” or “Center”) dining facility, which provides and sells weekday midday meals for the Center’s primarily senior patrons.  The dining facility, now known as Café 3201, is open to the general public.  The City will provide the selected concessionaire an exclusive franchise to provide the meal service and collect meal fees at the facility, and full access to the facility, equipment, and utilities, in exchange for concessionaire’s provision of modestly priced, nutritious, quality meal service for purchase by Center patrons, and payment to the City of a modest, negotiated, per-meal fee.  Written proposals are due by 2:00pm, JUL 29, 2021.

All responses must be submitted in a sealed envelope with the bid number on the outside of the envelope with the bid opening date. Any response that arrives improperly marked or with no bid number and opening date on the outside of the delivery or express package and opened in error will be rejected and not considered. It is the responsibility of the bidder to insure that their bid response is delivered to and received in the Purchasing Department before the date and time of the bid opening.
