The City (“City”) of Mobile is seeking proposals from qualified contractors to provide a comprehensive online system for Citizens to make reports to the Mobile Police Department (“Department”). The City is looking for a system with functionality similar to that provided by the LexisNexis Coplogic Solutions Inc Desk Officer Reporting System.
Proposals submitted in accordance with this Request for Proposals must be submitted to be received by the City not later than 5:00 pm, Tuesday, April 18, 2023 Thursday, April 27, 2023.
Questions regarding this RFP are due to Purchasing@CityofMobile.org by 5:00 pm, April 12, 2023.

All responses must be submitted in a sealed envelope with the bid number on the outside of the envelope with the bid opening date. Any response that arrives improperly marked or with no bid number and opening date on the outside of the delivery or express package and opened in error will be rejected and not considered. It is the responsibility of the bidder to insure that their bid response is delivered to and received in the Purchasing Department before the date and time of the bid opening.
