The City of Mobile seeks proposals from transportation firms  to provide a shuttle service for debarking and embarking cruise ship passengers and their luggage, between the Mobile Alabama Cruise Terminal (MACT), 201 South Water St,  and the terminal’s overflow parking lot located approximately 1000 feet southwest of the terminal, on South Water St.  This service will be provided to passengers arriving and departing on primarily 6 and 8-day cruise excursions aboard the Carnival Spirit from the MACT.

Sealed proposals are due by 4:00 pm August 17, 2023.

Any response that arrives improperly marked or with no bid number and opening date on the outside of the delivery or express package and opened in error will be rejected and not considered. It is the responsibility of the bidder to insure that their bid response is delivered to and received in the Purchasing Department before the date and time of the bid opening.
