The City of Mobile is soliciting statements of interest from qualified engineering firms and individuals interested in providing professional engineering services for a Transportation Planning Study for Game Day and Special Events at the University of South Alabama. The project will consist of the evaluation of existing conditions (traffic volumes, signal operation, roadway access, etc.) to develop a plan to mitigate the impacts of increased traffic associated with USA game days and special events. Refer to the attachment here for more details and information.
The statement of interest must be emailed to trafficengineering@cityofmobile.org on or before 3pm on Friday October 7, 2022.

Any response that arrives improperly marked or with no bid number and opening date on the outside of the delivery or express package and opened in error will be rejected and not considered. It is the responsibility of the bidder to insure that their bid response is delivered to and received in the at the location or address specifically directed in the specification by the date and time prescribed.
