Notice of Intent to Sell – Request for Bids/BEST OFFER, for the following real property: 3200 Moffett Road, Mobile, AL 36607, parcel # R022908182001002, key # 841780. The City of Mobile Real Estate Department is accepting bids for this property. The site is currently zoned Light Industry (I-1). Requests for Bids are available at the following links: https://www.cityofmobile.org/services/business/bids/ and https://www.cityofmobile.org/real-estate-listings/. Bids shall include at a minimum the following items: a) total purchase price; b) anticipated method of financing the purchase, c) name, address, telephone number, and legal organization of purchaser; d) name of principal authorized to act on behalf of the purchaser; and, e) terms of sale including any required/requested contingencies. Bids shall be in writing, signed by the prospective purchaser, and received in the Bid Box, 9th Floor, South Tower, in a sealed envelope, marked “City of Mobile Bids” no later than Wednesday, June 21, 2023 @ 2:00 PM local time. Bids will NOT be accepted in the Real Estate Department. The City reserves the right to reject any and all bids received in response to this notice and the published Request for Bids.
